      Good environment with lots of technology and exposure to state of the art products with an opportunity to purchase at a discounted rate enough incentive to counter the cons

      Cons

      No growth potential with a limited training and professional development plan. Travel is required and that is not revealed in the offer letter so it came as a surprise

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

      The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
