      It's been a downhill spiral for several years. Leadership continues to lay people off and demote others. All the while patting themselves on the back and keeping their jobs secure. Leadership takes no ownership of the mistakes they make and blames the workforce.

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

      Cons

      The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
