      Pros

      Good people Smart people Good products. Too many people out there parroting phrases that they have no idea what they are talking about. Just jumping on a band wagon.

      Cons

      Management does not understand how Dr. Bose wanted the business to be run. How his customers to be treated, his employees to be valued, his products to be valued. That’s what made this place special. We need to get back to it.
