Pros
Free health insurance (IF you live in Boston and can stay within BMC afflilated care facilities)
Cons
-Management doesn’t care about the grunts in the trenches -Completely micromanages problems focusing on tiny, unimportant things when the dutiful employees are trying to put out a forest fire with a squirt gun. -Workloads are absolutely ridiculous; one shift seems to carry the weight of three, yet gets blamed for all the problems left behind by the other two shifts. Other shifts have more staff, but less work seems to get done -If employees cannot pull their weight, they should be let go. It makes no sense in keeping on an employee who does half the work as their coworkers but gets paid much, much more than they do. -If you have a problem, there is no one you can go to to have it solved. Middle and upper management will tell you they’re “working to make the problem better” but then nothing will be done about it, even after multiple requests and multiple assurances that the problem is “being worked on”. -No respect between departments
