Pros
Set company time off is a really nice bonus. Starting pay was higher than in other jobs of a similar type.
Cons
Management treats employees as expandable. Hard work is met with wanting more from you. The worst crime you can do is inconvenience someone. If you are different in any way you are very ostracized (especially if youre fat or neurodivergent). There's a strict company policy for how to interact with people and yet office politics and snarky comments are a constant. Asking questions will make you feel stupid. Very rude coworkers. A lot of gossip. I felt very uncomfortable bringing up the fact that I was gay seeing as conversations would turn icy the minute I would. And the worst part is Management doesn't care at all. If you're not a work horse that needs no breaks than look at a different job. There's a reason why they keep needing to hire more people and it's not because of industry growth.
