Overall review about IT department - Software Engineer Boyner Employee Review

The team was very supportive and helpful, I had the chance to actively participate in different projects, I experienced UX processes in real workflows, there was an open environment to share creative ideas, and I received regular feedback for my professional development.

You don’t receive fair financial compensation for your efforts. The economic crisis in Turkey and within the company prevents interns from being hired full-time with a decent salary. They might even suggest you move to another company. I don’t think this is a promising company for the future. They are surprisingly generous when it comes to letting go of their young talents(!)

Location was good and the money was minimum wage

Some really incompetent managers but overall good place to work
