Job description of marketing associate is a false name because your not allowed to be creative. They much rather use prefabricated marketing that's boring and not captivating. If your interested in creativity this is it the place for you. Your consistently being corrected on things like, using fun words to describe things or even using the word client! Your reprimanded for lease count but your not allowed to market your product. The more boring and dry you are the more likely you are to elevate and be noticed. Your success and skills are only measured on reporting and not the actually work you do that ant be measured by a reporting machine. Most people I know are disappointed with the company. The dream they sell you at training is 360 from what you experience onsite. Unqualified managers are running the ship but aren't minting value other than time in the industry. They won't lay you overtime but ask that you come early and stay late with no pay. They also changed how we are paid after signing a contract that your pay is "x" they also don't have goo sales process and they shy away from ideas when you do. The "nice people" they hire are just uninteresting people and those who have spunk are seen as a problem.
