      Pros

      Great first job out of college and gave me relevant experience to get the job I currently have. The people within the company are really great and I made friends that I value.

      Cons

      You have to work 3 weekends out of the month and on the weekends it is max 2 people (including yourself) in the office. I thought the role was 50/50 with sales and marketing when I first started and then I quickly realized that it was all sales and I was just giving tours and selling apartments. It was not fun having my office be the leasing office of an apartment building. Only do this job if you're interested in property management.

Work-life integration can be challenging in a 24/7 industry however time to relax and recharge is critical. With the exception of certain job functions, it is not our policy or our expectation for employees to answer work related inquiries when they have time off. In addition, we have strict policies regarding OT classification and payment. Payment for OT is not optional.
