Pros

good benefits and you get to meet a lot of nice residents

Cons

-work life balance not good. sales and marketing associates get worst schedules. -experience is based solely on your property manager. bad pms are not held accountable because regional managers are not around. -promotions based on kissing up and favoritism not on skillset. -toxic work environment. rumors, gossip & poor communication.
