Pros

Bozzuto only hires nice people. The teams are phenomenal at including new employees while honoring the long-term ones. It is so easy to make friends at work which is so important in this industry. It makes coming to work every day something to look forward to!

Cons

One size does not fit all. Bozzuto has properties in many markets with many styles of apartment living, Bozzuto could be more inclusive in this sense when it comes to recognitions, competitions, and trainings.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you've experienced our people-first culture and supportive work environment. Building meaningful relationships, maintaining high standards and fostering a strong sense of community are all important parts of our company. We also appreciate your perspective on weekend work. We ensure our team members receive an equivalent amount of time off during the week when working weekends. Our employee's work-life balance is a priority. Thank you again for your review and for everything you contribute to our communities. Sincerely, Caroline, B. SVP.
