Pros

People, free lunches and snacks, town hall meetings.

Cons

The organization has built a culture that does not consider the employee's mental, physical, and emotional health. The management's actions are in continuous misalignment with the values they presumably promote, which has led to a decrease in team members' morale and an increase in turnover both on the employee level and the leadership team. When team members attempt to address situations directly, they are met with hostility and a deep layer of resistance. Most constructive feedbacks are ignored by leadership or lack thereof. Biases are apparent internally as you'll witness lateral growth, and opportunities are given to those who gain favorance of the CEO (Manish), been at the company for a few years, or as a last attempt to win over the individual's loyalty. While they try to push for transparency, many of the decision-making processes have to do with the bottom line versus their team members' empathy and grace. Process and systems are heavily manual, most work is reliant on offshore teams, and a lack of inefficiencies continually derail productivity. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews on here as they were requested by HR from team members to enhance what's left of their branding.

Pros

- Client list include the largest retail and restaurant brands in America; great opportunity to build your resume with a lot of high profile clients. - Similarly, most staff email regularly with client-side teams so also a good source of diverse connections across corporate America. - W2GI provides a unique set of services that are very visible; can be interesting/satisfying to work on. - Small company and open office means good performance is very evident and recognized. - Senior leadership is personable and inspiring on a 1-on-1 basis - Decent facilities/kitchen with coffee and snacks, catered lunch every few weeks.

Cons

- Salary/benefits are OK for entry-level but static, i.e. negotiate upfront and don't expect a big raise each year. - ESOP provides little benefit because most employees do not stay long enough to start accumulating (2 years), or become fully vested (7 years). - High turnover: A lot of entry level employees are hired, poorly integrated, and then disappear after a few weeks. Also, the most competent employees tend to quit between 1-3 years. - A lot of clique-ish non-contributing employees with vague responsibilities. - Area surrounding office is semi-industrial and the lunch options are very limited/boring.
