Pros
Pros - there are a lot of people willing to work hard, fast, and long hours. Wages are competitive. Environment is mostly positive.
Cons
Fast pace is regarded universally because of client needs, but truly could be sourced to lack of planning up front and communication issues. A lot of tenure can create roadblocks because of strong personalities and favoritism. Beware of burnout and revolving doors on certain roles.
