      Making your own schedule. Being able to change your schedule a day before. Sick time. Pto time. AND WORKING FROM HOME

      Cons

      If your doing good they move you to a harder department. They just kee moving you until you’re not even being successful and instead of just moving you back to where they actually hired you for they write you up and fire you
