      Pros

      You make your own schedule in the collections dept., as long as you reach your 40 hours a week. They also have great benefits such as 6 free therapy sessions if you struggle with your mental health & also a $400 yearly benefit you can put towards healthy living such as gym memberships.

      Cons

      Weekly touch bases with your manager whether you’re doing great or not doing great at all. Gets tedious & annoying sometimes. Hard to rank sometimes to hit bonus, as you are competing with some people who have been with the company a lot longer.

      I've had a very positive experience working here. The work environment is supportive, colleagues are helpful, and management encourages professional growth. Overall, it's a great place to build a career.
