Pros
Strong, established company with room for growth or to move between departments/products/lines of business. Kind people, good standard benefits, gym reimbursements. Emphasis on giving back with charitable contribution matching.
Cons
ADS is a massive amalgam of companies it has acquired over the years. Lack of social activities and fun events to get to know coworkers. No free snacks or food except coffee and weekly bagels/donuts. Boring and very corporate culture. Uninspiring workplace.
