Pros
Good work life balance Good perks as per Tier 2 company
Cons
1. CEO and upper management is implementing weird policies just to make sure they get proper funding from upcoming funding rounds. 2. Employees are required to come to the office, while many senior managers have permanent work-from-home arrangements. This clearly reflects favoritism. 3. Biometric is getting installed to track employee check-in and check-out, just like a service based company. 4. Appraisals are very low every year. 2-7% max. even in case of promotions appraisals are less than 10%. Every year upper management promises good appraisal for next cycle, but when next cycle comes its same story. 5. They use carbon footprint as an excuse to cut down on outings and trips, reducing the promised perks. Previously, they claimed to offer an international trip every alternate year, but there hasn’t been one since 2022. 6. Senior/upper management level employees enjoys perks like- international visit, luxury stays etc. 7. For their annual tech event, Black Friday, they provide accommodation that’s worse than a ₹500 OYO hotel to their employees 8. There is huge politics and favoritism among Engineering teams. 9. HR team don't have courage to face/have 1-1 meeting with employees regarding changing policies, they don't have any answer for that 10. Its not a people's company anymore 11. Perks are getting reduced every year. 12. Their biggest excuse for justifying appraisal numbers is that employee was hired at the upper end of his salary slab. If a company can't afford to provide appraisals, it shouldn't hire in the first place. 13. Referrals here are a total scam, they will anyhow find an excuse to reject your referral saying the candidate already applied to the company's portal earlier. 14. Some senior employees don't do anything, are having permanent work from home and are enjoying free salary. because of internal politics company don't fire them. 15. Hiring- they hire anyone, some people here don't even have basic tech knowledge. 16. Tech- Their infrastructure team is very volatile, they keep migrating from one service provider to another, half of the developer's effort goes into migrating resources.
