People genuinely care — not just about what we’re building, but how we build it together. Remote work is fully embraced, and the work-life balance is surprisingly strong for a fast-growing startup. One thing that really stands out is the incredibly low developer turnover in our R&D department. In this industry, that’s rare — and to me, it’s a powerful sign of how much people believe in the product we’re creating.
