Pros

Working here has been a truly rewarding experience. We’re building a unique and genuinely valuable product that has the potential to reshape the cybersecurity space — it’s exciting to be a part of something that innovative. The team is distributed across the globe, and the level of professionalism, passion, and ownership everyone brings is unlike anything I’ve seen. People genuinely care — not just about what we’re building, but how we build it together. Remote work is fully embraced, and the work-life balance is surprisingly strong for a fast-growing startup. One thing that really stands out is the incredibly low developer turnover in our R&D department. In this industry, that’s rare — and to me, it’s a powerful sign of how much people believe in the product we’re creating.

Cons

Honestly, nothing significant comes to mind. It’s rare to say that, but I haven’t experienced anything worth flagging here.

Pros

Pros: Smart, collaborative team: Bright Security has a culture of sharp minds and supportive colleagues. It’s a place where you’re encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and be part of real decision-making. Innovative product: The company is working on cutting-edge security technology, and it’s rewarding to contribute to something that genuinely helps developers build safer applications. Flexibility & hybrid work model: There’s a healthy respect for work-life balance, with flexible hours and remote work options. Transparency from leadership: Regular updates and town halls from leadership help everyone feel aligned with company goals. Professional development: Employees are encouraged to grow, take ownership, and explore new areas of the business.

Cons

Cons: Fast-paced environment: Things move quickly here, which can be exciting but also overwhelming if you’re not used to a startup rhythm. Processes still evolving: As with many growing companies, some internal processes and systems are still being built or refined. Limited parking (if you're in the office often): Just something to be aware of if you commute regularly.
