The team is distributed across the globe, and the level of professionalism, passion, and ownership everyone brings is unlike anything I’ve seen. People genuinely care — not just about what we’re building, but how we build it together. Remote work is fully embraced, and the work-life balance is surprisingly strong for a fast-growing startup. One thing that really stands out is the incredibly low developer turnover in our R&D department. In this industry, that’s rare — and to me, it’s a powerful sign of how much people believe in the product we’re creating.
