      Pros

      Good place to start as a fresh graduate. You can learn from anyone on the team.

      Cons

      The leadership is horrible, no, it's rather a dictatorship. They don't think from other's perspectives or even respect another subordinate. The expectation of your performance is very high, the stress level is at the maximum and no encouragement or praise will ever be given. Honestly, it is the worst leadership in the country I would say.

      Payday came on time, at least.

      Cons

      The CEO hid behind vague slogans and corporate fluff instead of offering any direction. We were told to “be dynamic” and “drive impact,” but no one could explain what any of that meant. It was all smoke and mirrors with no real leadership behind it.
