Good place to start as a fresh graduate. You can learn from anyone on the team.

Cons

The leadership is horrible, no, it's rather a dictatorship. They don't think from other's perspectives or even respect another subordinate. The expectation of your performance is very high, the stress level is at the maximum and no encouragement or praise will ever be given. Honestly, it is the worst leadership in the country I would say.

I can't think of a single good thing to say about working for Brightrock!

Cons

I decided to leave BrightRock because of how horrible the leadership is! They're incredibly controlling, have unreasonable expectations for employees, refuse to listen to suggestions and feedback, show no appreciation for hard work, and are just overall terrible to work with!
