      The company cares about my development, and provides a great work life balance. I love who I work for and with. A great team atmosphere. The company is growing and stable.

      Cons

      My only complaint is with the cost of the offered health insurance. The rest of the benefits are great.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
