Bad company - School Bus Driver Brightside Academy Employee Review

Pay, policies, work enviroment very stressful even for driver's never in ration drivers acting as staff to stay in ratio(no compensation for them, not part of our job). Facilities in poor areas of philly. Transportation is poor drivers late, Supervisor having relations with other drivers, favoritism all day!! Just not a company for growth or pay. I have seen lots of violations. State of Pa does nothing site inspections past yet i feel they pay those people off. Please people pay attention if your children goes to any brightside in Philadelphia!!!
