      Pros

      I have been working with Brightside for 11 plus years. I have seen first hand how much the company has grown. They show appreciation to their staff and helped me further my education. I received my CDA through a program that the company offers. I have learned so much while working here and the work atmosphere keeps me coming back. If you have a passion for working with children I recommend giving Brightside Academy a try.

      Pros

      My time there was neutral. I enjoyed myself alot there and I met a lot of kind good teachers and staff. I also met some not so good ones. I think that’s at any job. I worked there from 2011-2016.

      Cons

      There were some unprofessional teachers and staff there. At times we didn’t have the adequate coverage for shifts and breaks. No sort of compensation for the parents coming to pick up their children late.
