Pros

-Management is great and collaborative -Training is detailed -Friendly culture, depending on your team -Opportunities for advancement are there, so take your career into your own hands -Work/life balance is great, depending on your manager -Hybrid/fully remote

Cons

-Many new positions now require in office days, which harms the rural population from having access to jobs -Salary. Broadridge knows people are underpaid based on their own guidelines, but refuses to adjust salaries in a timely manner (or at all)

Calm work environment, clear expectations, decent pay and benefits, good company culture, managers let you work independently. All-around great experience working here.

Cons

Work can be slow at times.
