Great work life balance, helpful people, good knowledge of investment banking, process oriented, fantastic training, senior management is competent and have good vision, no politics
Cons
very low pay compared to industry, product centric - you only gain specific product knowledge which may not be helpful outside the company, good company if you just want to earn okmoney and leave at a good time, not suitable for anyone who has lot of ambitions in career, wants to do quality work, wants career progression and loves challenges and money.
