Pros
This company has the best culture of any place I've worked at before. I was nervous before starting after hearing some horror stories in the staffing industry but after meeting the people and seeing how they operate my worries were gone. This is a work hard, play hard culture. You will not be successful if you do the very minimum. It takes grit and creativity, but teaches great people skills that are relative to any business. - The company is great at training and making newcomers feel welcome immediately - Base pay is better than others in the industry (the money starts rolling in faster than you'd expect once you gain experience on the job) - This place is FUN. Almost weekly events celebrating promotions or having parties when co-workers visit town - Young company. Everyone is eager to learn and keep on the cutting edge, working with people who have similar interests is great as well. Overall, this is the perfect position for someone looking to get into an exciting and lucrative career path out of school or (like me) came from another company and was looking for some exciting change.
Cons
- Typically takes a little while to learn the industry/develop best practices and start seeing success - You're dealing with people, so sometimes decisions are out of your hands, which can be frustrating. - Takes creativity and initiative on a daily basis. NOT FOR SLACKERS - Requires great people skills or the desire to develop them. - The company is young and often spend time together, so if you aren't social, it may seem like a turn off.
