Pros

Provides entry into the field via big name clients, where it's then a tossup if you'll love/hate your day to day.

Cons

Pays below market rate for software roles. Very few benefits. Lies to you about contract-to-hire situations. Not transparent. Quite cutthroat. Oblivious to how much they think they provide value to developers. Thinks they're doing such life changing work. Completely neglectful of how exploitative they are.

We have found that by focusing on your needs, we can empower you to thrive. All employees, including consultants, are eligible to participate in our 401K plan after one year of employment - if they have worked over 1,000 hours. We even match employee contributions; this match consists of 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your contributions. We are disappointed to hear that your experience could have been better, but we are using your feedback to improve!
