Pros
Everybody you work with is amazing at their job. Super low drama. Very flexible schedules Great benefits and lot's of random perks/gifts Lots of room to grow and improve the company as a whole if you have the aptitude to do so.
Cons
Small company that got uber famous with Halo and has some kind of crazy expectations to live up to with Destiny. Sometimes the upper management is a little misguided on what they should be doing and that results in lots of internal churn to get content out the door.
