      Pros

      Great product, great management and internal communication. Nice and genuine people to work with. Beautiful brand overall.

      Cons

      No time off during Christmas holidays at all for everyone working retail. No need for a college degree (waste of your degree of you have one), but that is up to the person choosing to work retail.

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
