You can learn allot here by self learning, by allot i mean anything you can access with the iPad on the internet as long as all your other work is finished.
Cons
You will not get promoted based on your knowledge but based on time spent in the company. Progressing within the company is very slow and you are much more likely to be hired somewhere else at a higher position.
