Pros
amazing heritage brand. Very inspirational working with some teams. Young company, lots of ambition amongst employees. Great travel opportunities. UK manufacturing.
Cons
There is a lot of bullying. This tends to come from Director level and above. They don't not follow business values in how to manage and support teams. Its a real shame as there are so many other positives. A lot of people end up leaving as there is also no internal support. It needs to stop.
