Many employees are relatively friendly.
Cons
The CEO is the worst possible leader. He systematically surrounds himself with a team of people as incompetent as he is. He has no vision and is highly insecure and paranoid as well as an hypocritical persona who smiles at people while preparing to fire them. It’s incredible Warren Buffets group tolerates such a level of mediocrity. As a result the company is shortsighted. Toxic managers bully employees. Total impunity.
