- A lot of autonomy for decision making, but this varies from team to team. - Fast moving, no one day is the same which makes it exciting. - Flexible, agile; if you can back it up with facts, you can do it. - The company cares, and frequently does check ins and events.
Cons
- Management is a little weak locally. Could have stronger leadership with more conviction to make decisions. - A lot of work has to be done, which means quite a lot of overtime.
