Diversity and inclusivity are not on the agenda at all. Generally ICs and even leads in sales teams are very junior and not very high calibre. XFNs end up having to bear the brunt. Expected to take top down direction and execute - not necessarily a bad thing (given poor sales calibre) Meetings are exceptionally long (3-5 hours are not surprising).
