Pros

Reading reviews from people saying the CEO yells at employees and saying that there is favoritism is untrue and seems to come from a place of anger due to their lack of determination and work ethic wanting to take out their anger and spread blatant lies to feel better about themselves. As mentioned in past reviews, current, long-time employees of C2 know exactly who writes these reviews as they didn't demonstrate a strong work ethic or determination to succeed. C2 has had many long-term employees who demonstrate this hard work ethic and want to grow and expand the company as they themselves progress within the company. As an employee, C2 has provided me with many benefits including not letting any employees go during the pandemic which provided me with a sense of security as many others had been let go from their long-time positions at other companies. I have nothing but good things to say about C2 and look forward to the future within this company.

Cons

No cons except for these untrue reviews.

Pros

I started at C2 in an entry-level payroll role and, over 15 years, grew into a senior specialist. The company truly allows you to build a career if you’re willing to learn and put in the work. I’ve gained a full understanding of payroll from start to finish systems, compliance, client service, troubleshooting, and have been trusted with increasing responsibility over the years. Leadership values experience and promotes from within. The team feels like family, and there’s pride in the work we do. Payroll accuracy really matters, and everyone takes ownership.

Cons

Payroll has strict deadlines, so some weeks are high pressure.

Pros

I came into C2 with a strong HR foundation, but I learned more in five years here than I expected. The environment is fast-paced and client-focused, so you quickly build problem-solving, compliance, and communication skills. There’s always room to grow and learn something new. No two days are the same. You’re trusted with real responsibility, which helps you develop quickly. The best part was the team, incredibly supportive, collaborative, and always willing to jump in to help. That made even the busiest days enjoyable.

Cons

Workloads can get heavy during peak times, so strong organization skills are a must.
