Cons
You will hear" CA = "change always. How true that is. Hated by customers. The Security BU has no competitive edge. You can expect to be asked to forecast false business, extremely unethical culture (still!); PIPs are common, especially if you are not onboard with "false forecasting". Low morale, everyone is negative and looking to move on. (I am a consistent over-achiever who isn't looking back).
