Flexible work schedule; great teams who work hard and also know how to take time out for fun; if a contract ends, employees will be placed on other teams
Cons
If you want to go to a conference or take a class and want them to pay for it, they will make you sign a form that you will pay back any money spent if you leave within a year (prorated if you leave before 2 years). They fail to see immediate payback to the company if you acquire new skills and knowledge! Basically, you become stagnant unless you have the resources to pay for yourself. Issues are brought up once, during your yearly review, and it can be a surprise as you had no idea there was an issue with your performance.
