Pros
Plenty of hours and the sky's the limit! Education is key in being successful the company provides training and coaching. Advancement opportunities all the time!
Cons
With lots of hours comes work/ home balance hard to find. You do not have a set schedule unless you are looking for part time. Ideal position for independent individuals that are ok with long hours and not having weekends off.
