The organization sets high standards, which can feel demanding at times, but it creates a culture of excellence.

CDSPI is a great Company to work for. Being a smaller Company to I find the atmosphere very pleasant and a great working environment. Work/Life balance is also a welcoming factor working here.

I cannot say I have come into any situations that are downsides for CDSPI.
