      Pros

      Projects are executed very ethically, especially so compared to some other consultancies. "Do it well" and if something does go wrong "make it right" for clients is culturally ingrained. Significant opportunities for learning and growth for developers / architects / BA / QA / UX roles

      Cons

      Reviews can require a lot of work to get scheduled, and are the responsibility of the employee to schedule. Experiencing some growing pains around new people and roles.

      Pros

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
