      the christmas party. and there is literally nothing else, just trying to fill up the 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      extremely high turnover. ceo is money hungry & doesn't care about employees. upper management is a complete joke. middle school like environment

      Pros

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
