Cons
hard to take back your banked time when YOU want to. Hiring freeze every year means you work like a dog to compensate the lack of staff for 3 months, then when targets are not met, they hire. Moving a lot of their Level 1 activities off-shore (read India - they call it best-shore!) to satisfy shareholders expectations and save (make) more money. Business-Unit are split up in a way that, even if you work as hard or harder than your colleague in another business-unit, you don't get a bonus (or a mediocre one). Some people get the flowers, others get the flower pot.
