Pros
Good pay as long as they have projects for us.
Cons
Upper management listens to lawyers and accountants first. I understand they have to make a profit but CH2 is not looking at long term growth by growing their people. They promise training but will not spend money or promote technical seminars. Medical benefits are average but with very high costs to the people. Their recent Voluntary Retirement Program provided a generous severance pay but people with more than 95% ratio of billable hours to total hours were not included. They didn't care about rewarding high contributing people. CH2MHill is not a people friendly company.
