      Progression is available based on relationship and performance. Opportunties are endless with parellal, up and lower positions. Will come across some real relationships.

      Cons

      Poor mentorship and leadership from geound level. Employee or Clients are now just numbers. Leaders are unprofessionals and do not understand their roles and responsibilities. Everyone is just looking out for their progression. You will find unethical practises at all levels.
