Pros

Entry level wage was good. Coworkers were good. Technology was ahead of the curve.

Cons

Management did not support their employees and there was no scheduling flexibility for part time. Working their felt a little but like being back in high school. Management was more worried about sales than customer service.

There is no commission anymore.

good visibility, good work/life balance (got lucky and am in a good team)

Cons

little to no upward momentum. not enough of a structure to support long term employees with competitive market rates.
