Collection of debt felt like robbery in some instances e.g. clients mistakenly not paying fully off a credit card and being charged unending interest Buggy old software with contradicting information(thankfully this is changing but left before this occurred as of writing this) A lot of passing responsibility to others with many departments not knowing how to solve an issue Feeling of not providing genuine help to customers What you learn in training did not correspond to reality Receiving unrelated calls and having to transfer elsewhere and getting an earful from customers since they were waiting hours at a time, erodes trust in CIBC's care for customers
