Pros

A lot of new things happening at the company which is exciting Most employees are great and there can be a 'family' atmosphere at events Good benefits & pay Get to experience events around the country

Cons

Don't expect to get the slightest bit of training at all. You are thrown into the fire (which can be a good thing) however, the leadership skills of the supervisors is terrible and they don't do a good job at preparing and building a strong team. Everybody thinks they are a manager and will hand off duties to others, but nobody will give proper recognition to those who've earned it. Don't think that going above & beyond will amount to anything, it won't. The company also prides itself on being all about their employees and being a team - however, its just a bunch of feel-good talk that the CEO and others will give in meetings and at events, but they don't actually live by it. They claim to always be available and supportive, except for when their employees actually need it, and then they don't respond to emails or phone calls and they shut you off completely. They talk a lot about company moral, but they don't practice what they preach. Expect a lot of hypocrisy and excuses and a strong lack of principal and ethics. They've also sold out. CID used to do really unique programs and over the years but their packages have become very cookie-cutter and generic. Again, they will preach they are a company of fans, for the fans, but all they really care about is the bottom line. Period.
