Pros

The work environment and employees are a pleasure. Always room in their management program and there are many opportunities to come, as City Furniture expands to the North.

Cons

Being as it is sales, the floor can be a little crowded at times with sales associates. As far as being a manager, it's difficult to handle circumstances they way we should. Protocol requires us to go through customer service, passing the customer along, leaving room for error and lost translation.

Pros

Work life balance, hard work recognized, and some of the best management I've ever worked with. Bonuses if you work hard. Great workflow and everyone is always doing their best. Looking forward to a long career here. I thank God everyday for my job and coworkers.

Cons

Not much. Great place in general.

Pros

The opportunity to make money is there if you’re willing to put in the work.

Cons

Extremely poor management in all levels, especially regional management. If you’re not Hispanic, you are an outcast.
