Leadership is kind and respectful. CITY is SUPER open to suggestions and change. Work life balance is very important to the leaders. I've never been so happy and balanced at a company. CITY gives back to so many charities. The marketing department is filled with warm kind people. I feel very blessed to be a part of such a talented team. CITY, best place to work.
