Pros

The management team is the very best I’ve ever seen, your time off as a sales person can actually be used. Your PTO pay is according to what your average sales are which is AMAZING!!! You feel right at home and people will help you whenever you need it. The company focuses on giving back to the community so you’ll have many opportunities to help others.

Cons

The managers move to different showrooms. So, when managers are promoted it can take some time to adjust to the new management. Especially if they are brand new and learning.

Pros

2020 and maybe 21,22 were good after it all went down hill (thanks to AH )

Cons

Everyone is related , friends , family etc. HR is all friends with eveyone there for you cannot be taken serious . So many talented associates leave because they are forced out due to personal preference. Turn over company wide they say is low. However the location I worked in 80 precent of people were 6 month or under ! Yikes !!! Management does not know how to keep and lead their team , instead they micro manage , make up new rules that they do not follow after a few weeks and they always seem stressed. Oh and bonus program is constantly restructured . They present it as new opportunities however it’s really for them to pay less. This company always pays very low percentage and you have to jump through hoops that are on fire to make a bonus. And I wasn’t some employee who worked 6 months and quit. I was someone making 90k yearly for several years. This is just a reality. Higher management needs traning asap. And insurance gets worse every year !
